Overview

The Scoopify onboarding process is designed to get your business up and running in just a couple of minutes. You will set up your business profile, configure your services and pricing, define your service area, and set your business hours. By the end, you will land in a fully branded dashboard ready to go.

Scoopify is currently in beta access. You may need to request access before you can reach the signup page.

Creating Your Account

Start by entering your email address and choosing a password for your business account. Agree to the terms and hit Next to begin the onboarding flow.

Business Profile

The first step walks you through your business profile. Scoopify will collect a few key details to set everything up:

Business name — the name your customers will see.

Phone number — your business contact number.

Address — your business location.

Name — occasionally shows up on personalized messages from your business.

Brand color — pick a color that matches your brand. This color will theme your entire dashboard and customer-facing pages.

Logo — upload your business logo. It will appear in your dashboard, on your landing page, and in customer emails.

You can also choose to list your business on the Scoopify directory. Customers searching for poop scooping in your area can find your business by entering their zip code. You will also choose a landing page style — soft and modern (rounded corners, soft shadows) or bold and striking (drop shadows, hard corners).

Services & Pricing

Next, you will configure your default pricing and select which services you want to offer.

Pricing Settings

  • Dogs included in base price — how many dogs are covered at your base rate (most businesses set this to 1 or 2)
  • Additional dog fee — the per-dog charge for customers with more dogs than the base threshold
  • Recurring services — check the services you want to offer (weekly, twice weekly, every other week, monthly) and set the monthly price for each
  • One-time cleanup — set your rate for one-off, non-subscription cleans
  • Add-ons — optional extras like deodorizer treatments or patio rinsing, billed monthly

No need to worry about getting everything perfect here — you can create custom services and adjust all pricing later from your dashboard.

Service Area

Enter the zip codes where you want to offer service. As you add zip codes, the map will update to show the boundaries of your service area. Customers outside these zip codes will not be able to request service through your landing page.

Business Hours

Select the days your business operates. We recommend marking all the days you are available for service. This helps with scheduling and lets customers know when to expect visits.

Completing Setup

After setting your business hours, hit Complete Setup. You will see a prompt to set up Stripe payment processing. You can do this now or hit I will do this later to go straight to your dashboard.

Either way, you will land in your fully branded dashboard — themed to your brand color, with your logo and business name displayed.
