Maria's Scoop provides professional pet waste removal services ("Services") for residential and commercial properties. Our Services include scheduled yard cleanings, one-time cleanings, and related pet waste management solutions.

2. Service Agreement

By scheduling a service with Maria's Scoop, you ("Customer") agree to:

Provide accurate property and contact information
Ensure safe access to the service area
Secure pets during service visits when possible
Maintain a safe environment for our service technicians

3. Scheduling and Access

Services are performed on scheduled days during business hours
We may access gated areas using provided codes or unlocked gates
If we cannot access your property, the visit may be marked complete and billed
Weather or unsafe conditions may delay service

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due according to your selected billing cycle
We accept major credit cards and ACH payments
Failed payments may result in service suspension
Prices may change with 30 days notice

5. SMS and Communications Consent

By providing your phone number and agreeing to these terms, you expressly consent to receive the following communications from Maria's Scoop:

Message Frequency: You may receive up to 15 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Pre-existing lawn damage or conditions
Damage caused by pets or wildlife
Items left in the service area
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Property Damage

If our team causes damage to your property, please report it within 48 hours. We will investigate and work to resolve legitimate claims promptly.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maria's Scoop, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims arising from:

Your use of our services
Your violation of these terms
Any third-party claims related to your property

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

Modify service offerings and pricing with notice

Discontinue services with reasonable notice

11. Dispute Resolution
