No problem! We love all dogs. We charge a small additional fee per extra dog — you'll see the exact pricing when you get your quote. The more pups, the merrier!

Nope! Most of our customers aren't home when we visit. Just make sure we have access to your yard (unlocked gate, gate code, etc.) and we'll take care of the rest. We'll send you a notification when we're done.

A little rain doesn't stop us! We'll still come out and service your yard. However, if there's severe weather (thunderstorms, flooding), we'll reschedule for the following week at no extra charge.

We keep it simple with automatic monthly billing. You'll enter your payment info when you sign up, and we'll charge your card at the start of each billing cycle. No manual invoices to pay, no checks to write.

Absolutely! Life happens. You can skip a service or cancel your subscription anytime — no contracts, no cancellation fees. Just let us know through your account or give us a call.
